Arcada 360 course travelled to Stockholm!

On Monday 161 students and teachers gathered at the Olympia terminal in Helsinki. The tension in the air was thick and a certain nervousness was present. The conference trip as part of the Arcada 360 course was about to begin. We started off with the conference program and soon the group work and speed dating assignments made the room filled with eagerness. The hardworking afternoon was finalized by a nice buffet dinner where the students could continue networking. The evening continued in less formal settings. The following morning every single one was up and about early and exited to visit the companies in Stockholm with their teachers.  All company visits were successful and inspiring.

After a few hours of free time in Stockholm we gathered again in the conference area for sharing the knowledge we gained from the company visits in small groups. By now you could see a very different students group, everyone eager to engage and talk to each other. Some of the students were brave enough to present their mind maps in front of the whole group. The whole conference trip ended with a formal dinner and the students kept networking until early hours.

Thank you all students for being so inspirational and well behaving and thank you all wonderful colleagues for taking part in this event. Looking forward to working with you students during the one year long Arcada 360 course.
