Arcada Library goes mobile!

Did you know that you can easily access some of the library resources on your smart phone or tablet by downloading a dedicated application? Here is a quick look at some of them.
Pressreader
PressReader (External link) provides access to newspapers and magazines from 100 countries in more than 60 languages. You can browse the journals by subject, language or country. By creating an own account you will be able to download publications to your device and read them offline. Further information here (External link).
Biblio
Biblio (External link) allows you to search, borrow and listen to audiobooks from Elib (External link). With Biblio you can listen to audiobooks even offline if you wish to. You need your Arcada library card to use Biblio.
Nursing Reference Center Plus
Nursing Reference Center Plus (External link) is a database designed specifically for nurses with different types of resources on best practices. You can use Nursing Reference Center Plus on your mobile device by downloading the app and using the activation code that you get from the desktop version of the database.
