HRM course in Iceland post 1

We are three Business students and Three tourism students who got the opportunity to go on an IP on HRM in Mergers and Acquisitions in the Nordic Countries. During this week we will work with students from Iceland, Denmark and Lithuania.

The first day we spent on the plane to Reykjavik and then on a 6 hour busride to Akureyri. We arrived really late but went to the University of Akureyri in the morning to attend some classes and get to know the other students better. We got devided into mixed groups of 4-5 students with whom we will work for the next week on a project on the topic. We prepared a presentation about our team to present to the board the next day.

On tuesday we had a few more classes Before meeting with the board and getting the task our group will work on. The rest of the day we worked on the project and had a meeting with our tutor teacher. In the evening we Went ice skating with the other students and listened to some live Music in the hostel.

We have already seen and learned a lot and are excited about the upcoming week in the University of Akureyri!
